• The customer agrees to the terms and conditions of the ThunderPlus, once a reservation is made. This includes those policies related to cancellations and refunds.
• Customer can book Instant EV Charging slots for charging their Electric Vehicles by using ThunderPlus Application.
• A Customer can cancel the charging session anytime.
• No extra Fee for rescheduling the booking.
• If a booking cancellation is done by Thunderplus Admin in case Charge Point/Charging Station is under maintenance or Out of Service, No Cancellation Fee will be charged and paid amount shall be refunded according to charging time.
• Thunderplus will process the cancellation request from the customer as per the cancellation/refund policy. The balance amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment in the next 3-5 working days.
